Power Skating & Stickhandling Camp
This camp will concentrate on power-skating mechanics from every angle of play from defense to forward, which is a crucial part of being a successful hockey player. The camp will also work on stickhandling, shooting, passing and checking (older group). This is an upper level camp, please no beginners.
The areas of focus for skating will be:
- Stride mechanics, forward and backwards including power starts and eficient skating.
- Maneuvering, including crossovers (forward and backward), power turns and transitioning.
- Hockey stops forward and backward.
The camp will also cover a great deal of stickhandling and shooting including:
- Shooting mechanics, wrist shot, snap shot, slap shot (older group) and backhand.
- Passing, forehand and backhand including saucer pass.
- Stickhandling and advanced stickhandling including deeks.

Summer Skills Camp
A way for players to keep skills sharp, stay in shape and have fun!
This camp will be held twice a week for five weeks. It will consist of high-speed skill drills with pucks for the first half of each practice, scrimmage and small games for the second half of each practice.

George Wolff - 29 years of skating experience and 27 years of playing experience which includes college hockey at metropolitan State. George has been a private power skating instructor for thirteen years. He has coached competitive hockey ten years and is now a level four coach for the USA hockey coaching education program.
